Hantek 2D72 , not power up and right bottom green blinking

Hello, my Hantek 2D72 doesn't boot up, and the right bottom has blinking with green light.
But , if I connect scope to usb port to charger or to PC, it power up OK, and then working completely ok .
Also:
Its very strange, becouse when the battery has 1/3 of charge or less, it power up ok allways.
Also, if I extract one battery (either one), I mean, I leave only one battery connected, Scope will power up OK (with full charged too)

All this It's very strange, and I waiting for your comments
