Hello,

I switched on my DSO4102C after ~6 months and saw a large offset and ripple noise in both the input channels even without probe. Calibration is stuck on step 6.

NOTES:
- Calibration is always hanging on Step 6. Only way to exit calibration is power off oscilloscope. Even with 1 hour warming and 30 min on step 6... it hangs.

- The offset+noise ripple is present in all scales from 200mV to 100V in both channels (10x probe setting, but no probe connected). Same output in both AC and DC coupling modes.
- In GND coupling mode, the offset + noise goes away and it reads 0V like normal (both channels).
- Everything else works okay. If I feed 5V 1kHz signal, it shows but with offset + noise added over the waveform.

Screenshot of offset and noise, oscilloscope HW/SW version screenshot are attached.

Can you please help?
I can do SMD repair if needed, what part can be damaged?

Dear  Sir ,
This machine checks whether the capacitors on the power supply board and motherboard are bulging, which is caused by the power supply noise

I checked, all caps look good.
Can you please share voltage levels for the "DSO5000 series power" ver1.00.2 PCB?
It has 12 pins for power. What are the correct voltage values?

Dear Sir,
Do you want the power data of the DSO5000 machine? Isn't your machine DSO4000 series?
