1008c saying device disconnected for couple of seconds then device disconnected again i tried on 3 different laptops tried 4 different cables tried the latest software but still the same probem any help PEASE!!!!!!!!!!

Have problem with hantek 1008c device disconnected already change the cables and the laptop with a brand new one but still not working say device disconnected it comes and goes plus i already downloaded the latest software. Is there a hardware issue that i can solve by myself??some component soldering or something?
