TO01254D I can't connect machine with pc, how do i edit the arbitrary waveform. also any time machine is switch on i have to calibrate it before i can get accurate readings. Hantek should do something because this is a new product it doesn't have to start with problems. Can not even register my tool because the name is not added to the options available.

No please the computer can not identify my machine

I was doing voltage testing with the oscilloscope and i connect the probe to the signal generator instead of CH1, now the machine can be turn on alright but it cannot do any measurements both the oscilloscope and multimeter and of course the signal generator stop working. i know this is my fault not HANTEK. So please can you advise me how to repair it? because this tool is very useful to me.
