Are you leaving tp p5 closed only at boot or the whole process (I think it should be closed only during boot to recognize the sd card)

I only shortcut P5 at the beginning.

My scope has the ISSI chip so maybe I need a different programming package as described in the Oscilloscope SD card programming instructionsV1.2

Dear Sir,

we are turning in circles now.

1. My scope does not react to the procedure in your last video.

2. The files for the SD card recovery shows the error code 10 as shown in my last screen shot

3. The instruction for the SD card process said that different files are needed
"Observe the motherboard FLASH brand, different brands use different programming packages. There is a distinction between SAMSUNG and ISSI. How to check the brand below。"

4. My scope has the ISSI chip

Would you be able to send me the right version of the SD card recovery files so I can bring my scope back to life?

Hello, my hantek show the screen system update. Please insert USB Device.
The download firmware wouldn`t work.
On a look on the cmd console, the scope want`s the file system*.up
Can you provide this file?

Yo tengo otro osciloscopio DSO5102P y cuando arranca me da el logo y me pide el disco de arranque.
?Me lo podría proporcionar alguien?. En la direccion que hay abajo ya no esta.
