DSO8102E System Update

Hi, I have a problem with my DSO8102E, it starts up and just shows a black screen with "System Update" dialog box, "Please Insert the USB device with update file which can be obtained from the supplier.". I tried inserting a USB stick with the latest Firmware and nothing is happening. Please help.

Hi Sir!
I have followed the instructions and programmed the machine.The screen show successful but when i restart the machine the screen is blank but the light behind is turned on. Please help!

The machine start with the screen black and the light behind is turned on and never turns off.
