My DSO5102P scope has the dreaded firware glitch and will not boot.

I have read many post on here that refers to the update requiring the new firmware to be installed via the "4g SD Card"

Can someone tell me if they are refering to the USB slot on the front of the case or the SD Card port on the mainboard (which does not even have a SD card holder installed)

Some of the tech support is very, very confusing with one line answers and no response to questions.

Thanks

Jim

Dear Sir,
4G SD card is used on the motherboard, what is the specific problem of your machine?

My DSO5102P is stuck on the main screen after initializing with the message "Error: Fpga version does not math with the app!!"

I have checked voltages as per post for same issue all checks out fine.

Serial Number T 1G/036 001682
