I bought a DSO2C10 oscilloscope serial: CN2237029031290
because the higher models were not in the stores. Can I update this oscilloscope to DSO2C15 with a firmware, paying an additional fee?
Hello, it is not feasible to update the oscilloscope to DSO2C15 with firmware. The difference between DSO2C10 and DSO2C15 is that the bandwidth and hardware are different, so it cannot be changed through firmware upgrade.
