Recently, in the official Hantek Official Store on Aliexpress, I purchased a DSO2D15 oscilloscope by order of 5090 8839 6686 0726.

After unpacking the box, System Info data:
Serial CN2236029029717
SoftWare. 1.0.2.0.0.(220831.00)
HardWare. 003.002.001.000.000.000.000.001
FirmWare. 3205.

In the process of checking the functioning of the oscilloscope, I noticed that if you press the "Help" button, the oscilloscope freezes after about 3 seconds and does not respond to keystrokes. It only helps to turn off and turn on again with the Power button. If you press the "Help" button again, the oscilloscope freezes again...

After that, I went to the official Hantek website, downloaded and updated the dso3kb_20221028.upk firmware
After that, the SoftWare version changed and became: SoftWare. 1.0.2.0.0.(221028.00)

But the problem with hanging after clicking on the "Help" button has not been fixed.
I am alarmed by the fact that the oscilloscope freezes.
I ask you to solve the problem and provide me with a solution.
