Hello Sirs,My win10 laptop will not recognize my DSO4204C.
It says undefined device with no driver available.
Can you help me?

No to question.
I made a down load from NI and the needed driver was included.
I have the software DSO4000c ver1.0.0.2 working but I have never seen ver1.0.0.7 working.?? .07 came with the scope and seems to be useless.
I was able to download ver1.0.0.2 from this site and all is well now.

We have not released the software version 1.0.0.7.
Ver1.0.0.2 is the latest.
