I have DSO5102 fpr ,pre than a year and the scope was working great until recently.
All of the sudden, the vertical and horizontal position do not work anymore.
I see the signal but can not move up or down nor can I move it left or right.
Also, Volts/Div and Sec/Div doesn;t work, do not change scale.
I tried to upgrade a firmware to the latest, didn;t help.
Let me know what could be an issue and how to fix it.
Calibration sometimes passed somtimes gives different error nubers.
My problem
No signal connected - both lines (channels) move up or down.
Most often movement is from middle to upper or lower possition out of screen and back.
Time for this movment up or down is in miliseconds.
Lines sustain in upper or lower possition for less then second and go back.
Repetition time of error is from few secconds up to 30 minutes.
When signal is connected - DSO measures fine but the same interruption as
was described without signal.
It is not suitable for serious work.
