DSO 5102P no synchronization when measured sinus from 10 MW to 130 MW (RMS)

Hello everybody!
When measuring a low voltage signal (rms), the waveform has artifacts! Artifacts occur with an input sinusoidal signal from 10 mV to 100 mV (rms) at a frequency from 10 Hz to 20 kHz on both channels.
