Hantek DSO3254A not starting correct and no connection is possible

Helllo,

My Hantek DSO3254A oscillioscope does not often starting correct - only the LED Power light but the other LEDs LINK/TRIG/RUN does not starting to light, and it is not possible to connect to the DSO3054A with the grafical user interface or the the keysight IO to the device.
--> see attached picture: (Sometimes I wait longer than 4 or 5 minutes, but it is not working...)

If I often reconnect power connection it sometimes works, the RUN Led starts up lightning and at this point i can build up a connection to the oscillosope.

Please help me, how can i solve the problem.

If i flash the file directly on the usb flash, i get an error:

I have flashed it, but this firmware does not work, and now the device is not working anylonger. Can you please give me some another firmware files?

Please flash again. When flashing, connect the TTL serial port to check the flashing process.

If you can use serial port tool, please connectJ7 on the mainboard to view the program process.
