DSO 4254C Questions-Help!!

Hello,

   Does anyone know what voltages at the test points should be checked on the DSO 4254C Scope? I'm not getting anything on the screen.


I've checked connections and the power supply. I do have lights on the front panel and buttons.

It's almost like its not booting up?


The screen has no cracks or damage and still has the protective films on it. Has not been dropped, no damage to the board or traces.


I see these voltages at certain test points. These below are just random voltages I have found doing some testing


Have solid green light at tp112


3.3volts tp1805 tp1801 tp1509 tp1803 tp1804 tp83


5 volts tp1812


1.32 volts tp1510

1.82 volts tp1514

2.4 volts tp97
