Hello,
I've had my scope off for the summer and just powered it up and have a black screen. I didnt see the logo or anything. I do have lighted buttons and a green light on the main board.
I have tried to run programming mode with no luck. I'm not sure when I upzip the files if they are being wrote to the bootable ssd.
I have a 16 gig sd card and windows 10 computer. I see a lot of people are having issue with windows 10 and say you have to use windows xp to make the file.
I still have the clear film that came on the LCD monitor never been removed. Maybe used it twice.
Does Hantek have a warranty center in the US? How do you send your scope back to Hantek for repair?
