HDM3055B capacitance

I have an HDM3055B and all capacitors greater than or equal to 100uf measure 120uf, I started reading the manual and the maximum I can measure is only 100uf, why is this so?

According to the index, only 100uF can be measured at the maximum, and the capacitance within 100uF can be measured accurately. The maximum value displayed by the multimeter is 120uF. Therefore, the excess capacitance is displayed as 120uF.
