DSO2C15 just arrived to me from aliexpress. After several switching on and off and two hours of working suddenly the traces from Ch1 and Ch2 disapear from the screen and the oscilloscope stop to response at button pressing. After switch off and on it boot up normaly until the graticule appear at display, both traces are not appear and buttons do not work. What to do with this?

Check your firmware version, that's usually the cause.
For 3000, update to 3102.
For 3200, update to 3202.
Check this:

Try this:

Otherwise, send an email to Hantek asking for the Platforn-tools recovery package or read the thread I linked which has all those details.

Dear Sir,
Please provide relevant video or picture can let us better reference. Can the machine turn on normally, the channel is not wired after turning on? Do the buttons work? Connect the 1 khz square wave on the machine, can the channel show the wave form?

Thanks to Davidalfa, my oscilloscope is working after resetting parameters as described at his second post. Reset take effect only after switch off/switch on. Think the trouble have happen after quickly switching sensitivity and/or SEC/DIV knobs. It would be better if such reset button will exist somewhere at the device.

Congratulations
Yeah, you can clearly see the support they're giving for a device they're selling at thousands... like they were gifts and you couldn't complain.
We don't ask a lot, but at least some support from the vendor.
Random updates, no changelogs, if you're lucky they answer after 2 months.
Seems like the whole project was being done by 1-2 guys in a hurry and no time to sleep.

Now the scope is functional again, ensure to read the FAQ at eevBlog and follow the steps to backup your device and other useful things and tricks.

Thanks David for your assistance. I suppused, that record length is reduced with increasing number of used channels, but reducing the sample rate at 8 times at record length higher then 40 000 points - it is know how by hantek.
