DSO5102P does not start

Hello,

I have a problem withmy DSO5102P.

It will not boot andthe screen only shows the Hantek logo.

I can then turn it offthen power it up again and then it will show a menu listing :

- F1 reboot

- F2 recover tofactory default

- F3 Update recoverpartition

I have tried them all.The last 2 return "operation failed!" after a half a minute or so.
Not used this oscilloscope for quite a few months.

Iwould appreciate any help I can get.
