My DSO5102P power supply has developed a problem. No display and various buttons flashing. Diagnosed a PSU fault with none of the power rails where they should be. There is one component I cannot identify. Its Q1 and marked NSD618. Can anyone help me with a datasheet or specifications please. Its suspect as its right at the front end of the PSU circuitry.

Dear Sir,
Please describe the phenomenon of the machine in detail, press the power button, whether the screen can be turned on, what screen appears, and whether it is normal. Are the buttons lit?
If the screen and buttons are not bright, please test according to the following figure and provide the test results.
