I haven’t use my oscilloscope DSO4102C Hantek for the Summer and, once turned ON, it shows the Hantek initial screen QR code.I have tried to turn it OFF but no changes.
I have tried the procedure for recovery interface but it works randomly and no results anyway: sometimes Update Failed! sometimes restart and back to QR code.
I restarted and use F2 but no success.
Please help!

Model Hantek DSO4102C
Serial Number T 1G/049 010816
Ordered on Amazon on the 22nd December 2020 and sold by withUtrade

Dear Sir,
Please download the relevant files in the following link for operation, please download ...

thanks Jing for your prompt reply.
I have downloaded the files, unzipped and copyed on the root directory of a- FAT32 USB 16G.
Once activated the Recovery Interface I have selected F3 and after couple of minutes the oscilloscope reboot.
After the QR code a black screen appeared and nothing else.
I waited more then 10min then a restarted the Recovery Interface and repeated the procedure but, after F3 I got the message: Operation Failed!
So I downloaded the file again and copy on a 1G brand new USB but same result.
Can you help?
Just to confirm the serial number is:
T 1G/049 010816

thanks Jing for your support
Unfortunately didn't work.
I have downloaded the two files, unzipped and copied on the root directory of a- FAT32 USB 1G. Then:
- Inserted the USB stick in the  DSO4102C
- activated the Recovery Interface
- selected F3 and after couple of minutes the oscilloscope reboot.
- the oscilloscope remains on the QR code
- I waited more then 10min then I restarted the Recovery Interface and selected F2 I got the message: Operation Failed!
- I have repeated the procedure several time with the same result using two different USB stick, PC or MAC
I'm desperate. Please help.

Hi Jing.
Just another info that I hope can help.
I have updated the oscilloscope on the 1st January 2021 with the file dso4kc_func_hantek_dso_dso4102c_20200722.0.up (I made few tentatives but I succeeded at the end!).

Any new idea?
Could you at least send ALL the files in one folder again to try one more time?
There is any hardware reset possible?
Thanks

Hi Jing.
I have downloaded the files but there are several problems:
1 - the pictures of the board doesn't look at all to the one of the oscilloscope. In fact there is no SD slot available. The version of the printed circuit board is DSO4000C V1.02 2015-03
2 - impossible to find a PC with Windows XP
3 - why and how to have to connect the PC - anyway, as I said, there is no SD card slot so the entire procedure cannot be performed
