problem with Hantek 2D42

can you help me to fix this problem, thank you!My 2D42 I found R15 is burned out.
After Replace Resistor-Fixed,1K,1/16W,0.1%,TCR25ppm,R0603.
But use DMM to measure resistor 750 K ohms , It display wrong reading 438K
and can’t measure over 100mF capacitor (no reading) .

I found resistance of R19 around 450K, I will test all resisiance onc more time , your circuit diagram is very useful to me, thx!
