Same problem. I haven’t use my oscilloscope DSO4102C Hantek for the Summer and, once turned ON, it shows the Hantek initial screen QR code. I have tried to turn it OFF but no changes.
I have tried the procedure for recovery interface but it works randomly and no results anyway: sometimes Update Failed! sometimes restart and back to QR code. I restarted and use F2 but no success.
Please help!
