DSO5102P STARTUP PROBLEM

Hi,


My DSO5102P starts with the logo page, then a blank blue page for a few seconds and then a black screen. Nothing else comes up and it stays on the black screen indefinately.

Serial is T 1g/138 049938

Seems like a firmware issue?

Please email support@hantek.com. And send the video about your problem and the serial number of the machine.
