Data save does not work

Hi,

       I have a 6074BC USB scope, that was updated with firmware F005, and I am running the Hantek 6000 software version 2.2.7 (about print screen below)
       I'm trying to save the data using the menu file->save data, but it is not working properly, showing the following behavior:

       - The file is not saved until I change the Time/Div menu to a different value
       - Saved data contains only noise - no waveform at all
       - xls and txt file formats save the same text data

        Could you please check this for me? Saving captured data is really important for my application
