DSO4102C cannot communication with Windows 10 PC. USB Driver Issues.

Montsh ago I was able to get the DSO4102C to work with my Win 10 PC TTScope program from following these instructions (Driver for Win10 all version).

I have recently moved my scope to a different Win 10 PC and it does not work anymore.

When I plug the USB into the scope it comes up as Gadget Serial V2.4.


When I update the driver it shows up as this:



Then following the instructions more:



Navigating to the directory where the files were:





I still get the digital signature issue:



Also, when plugging the scope back into the original PC that it worked on before, it no longer works. Maybe a Windows update or something?

Any ideas?
