Hantek 2D72 with no serial and no number model after rescue mode

Hola!, soy nuevo en el foro, tengo un 2D72, el cual después de muchos intentos fallidos de recuperarlo, por fin logre hacerlo, pero tengo un gran problema, ya no me muestra el Número de serie y en modelo me pone 2DXX, por lo que la función de osciloscopio no funciona, sabe alguien como corregir esto?.
En donde puedo ver u obtener mi número de serie y como inyectarlo nuevamente?
