Customer Consultation:

Dear Hantek-team,

I tried to flash a new firmware version on a 2D72 I recently received,
serial CN21060072051958. Sadly, as I selected "start" in the DfuSeDemo
software, the application hung and stopped doing anything after showing
"erasing flash (0%)". I let this run anyway for about 12 hours before trying
to restart the process, and in the end, restarting the computer. Now, the
oscilloscope does not boot any longer and does not go into DFU mode, it just
seems bricked. Is there any way to revive the device?

Hi

I have a 2D42 and I happened exactly the same, would I also use the arm1 for this model?

Yes. The same program.
