Hantek6074BC IIC and UART triggering

How do I get the IIC and UART triggering to work?

I am using a Hantek6074BC.
I am using the software Hantek-6000 Ver2.2.7.
When I use the menu to activate "About Scope" it says

FPGA Version: D001

Product SN: 64C08469


UART
I know my data has the ascii character "0" which is hex value 0x30. The baud, parity, and databits are correct. The scope does not trigger on the data. It also doesn't seem to trigger on other UART options such as StartBits.



IIC
I know that my IIC bus has a device at hex address 0x11. I can communicate with it. I cannot get the scope to trigger on this address (or any other address).



What steps should I take to get triggering to work properly?
