Hello,
I'm not sure whether this is the correct way to do this but I have a problem with my DSO5102P.

It will not boot and only shows the Hantek logo.
I can then turn it off then power it up again and then it will show a menu listing (from my memory):
- reboot
- recover to factory default
- Recover from some media (or something, I can't remember the details)

I have tried them all. The last 2 report "operation failed!" after a half a minute or so.

For full diclosure I have not used this scope for quite a few months.
