DSO2D15 firmware error

I keep getting a firmware updae error of -4. It happens at 5%. I have Software 20210726.00 firmware 3202. This is a new scope.

Current version is 1.0.1.1.0 (20210726.00) I downloaded update dso3kb_20220210.upk Tried 3 usb drives 3g to 32 g formatted in fat32. Keep getting error code -4
