Hantek 6022BE always shows blinky red light

Hello, I just bought a Hantek 6022BE.

I've disabled driver signature enforcement and installed the latest drivers from this forum. However, my oscilloscope shows a blinky red light and the software only says "running" without any visible signal.

How to solve this so it becomes green light and signal is visible in app?

May I ask whether channel 1 or 2 is connected to the 1KHz square wave of the machine itself, and whether the signal can be displayed on the screen.

I have the same issue. The red light is flashing, the program Hantek 6022BE shows nothing.
My system is Windows 11 Pro 21H2.
I believe it can be the driver issue, but even the latest driver doesn't help to resolve it.
