Hantek 6074be measuring incorrectly

I have a hantek6074be, the device is measuring the voltage wrong, the device was calibrated and also a new software V2.2.7 and driver download from the HANTEK website and the problem continues.
Also, cables were exchanged and voltage checked with other devices to confirm the wrong reading of the Hantek 6074BE.
Please help me.
