Dear Sir/Madam,I am trying to update my scope with firmware 2.0.0.1 to latest firmware of 26 February 2022. But scope is giving error" Updated Failed! Error code is -3".
Would appreciate your help.

Whether the name of the upgrade package you downloaded conforms to the specification
