I have a less than 1 month old 2D72 that will not power up.

I don't get any button lights or Display at all.  Battery Voltage showed 2.4V on both cells.  I tried powering it with and without batteries usiing several different cables and wall adapters/PCs. Once I did get a short red flash of the Right bottom green button.

Please help.  I've heard great things about this Scope!!!

Please give me a video about start-up phenomenon to study.
If the battery is used for power supply, the oscilloscope can only be started when the battery voltage is greater than 3.3V. You can charge the battery with an 18650 charger to try.
