Dso4254c display

I have a problem with my DSO4254C, a yellow verical line on display like in picture below attached.
How can I delete it?
Is a real problem with my DSO?

The LCD is broken, please contact your seller to replace the LCD.

Hi Amy,

I bought this oscilloscope in June 2021, the package came intact, without transport bumps, I kept it in normal conditions until February 2022, when I wanted to use it to read a serial interface type SPI. On this occasion I saw that it has this yellow line on the LCD display.
In this case I can benefit from the free exchange of LCD display, because it is under warranty?

The shelf life is three years, which is ok. You can contact your seller.
