My DSO2D10 oscilloscope CH#2 is reading lower than Ch#1. I did a ?self-Calibration check and it displayed the error code = 511d6.
Please tell me what should I do next

Please disconnect all signal connections, and perform self-calibration 30 minutes after power on.

Received new firmware to flash but got worst than before.
I updated FLASH correctly follow the instructions and files sent to me. I check the oscilloscope CH#1 and CH#2.  They are worse than before.
That was NOT successful.  I have the same error code:  511d6  again when activate Utility->Calibration->Offset  (no inputs connected and 30 minutes warm up).
CH1 : zero line is lower than the zero scale by 800mV ( "ZERO" button) and when connected to the test square ware it is reading lower (4V not 5V)
CH2: zero is good but  test 5V square wave it is reading very lower by about 50%.
Firmware loaded : 3102

what is   error code:  511d6   means ?
