During the replacement of U7, it turned out that under the case the area between the HND and EN term ...

A voltage of 1 volt appeared at the output of the SV. The oscilloscope did not turn on, but the elements described above no longer heat up, except for the U6 Switching Charger with Dynamic Power Pat chip, and the heating is noticeable.
Based on everything, I will wait for the U6 chip to arrive, aka ETA6002E8A

During the replacement of U7, it turned out that under the case the area between the GND and EN terminals was burnt out, and there were signs of swelling in the lower part of the case. The faulty voltage converter was replaced with hot air using thermal protection of the surrounding elements.

I'll try to replace it. Let's see what happens)))

after the end of the mourning for my burned-out oscilloscope, I had to make myself a transformer decoupling from the 230 volt network so as not to burn the new one, and it’s safer for myself.I recommend it to everyone who doesn’t have one yet

Please confirm whether there are burn marks on the board first.
If not, use the adapter to power and ...

Good day everyone! Dear consultant, I carefully examined the board of my oscilloscope (it is slightly different from the one shown in your photo) where the power socket is located and it seemed to me that the U7 object was overheated (I am attaching an enlarged photo) When measuring the voltages at the points you indicated (with the incoming U = 5v) the following was recorded: C22 = 4.86v; C19 = 4.82v; L5 = 0v. During the measurements, which lasted about 5 minutes, I noticed that the board heats up slightly and therefore measured the temperature at some objects: L2, L4 = 47 degrees Celsius; Y6 = 61 and U7 = 86 degrees Celsius.

if I understand correctly, is element U7 - TLV62565 or TLV62566?
