download the software for my product

Customer consultation

I have a USB scope made by you, which I'm not sure which model it is (the label is unreadable)
it has 2ch input , USB and USBXI connectors

I think it's one of the Hantek6002BE Series ,

How can I be sure this is the module ? (do you have a detect sw or other option (USB VID/PID) ?
which SW I need to download to use it ?

The oscilloscope with two channels and USBXI is 6002 series, the one with logic analyzer is 6022BL, and the one without 6022BE, you can download the latest firmware and software on the official website.
