Customer consultation

Hello. I bought my oscilloscope on 12/13/2021, when I first used it, I noticed that Channel 2 was measuring wrong. Channel 1 looks OK. After auto-calibration, the oscilloscope displayed error 0x10502 in step 28-29. When I turn the oscilloscope off and on, the measurement works as it is. Each calibration ends the same. What can I do?

Please connect the 1Khz 2V signal that comes with 1202B to CH2, press AUTO to get a waveform, change the coupling of CH2, and check whether the waveform has an offset change, you can compare it with CH1.

Hello
I connect both channels  to 1kHz and I take this waveforms. Waveforms on CH2 is unstable and change in the time, on the CH1 waveforms looks OK.

I try on the different settings of the coupling. And on the image is a result.

Please connect the signal only to channel 2 and press AUTO, then set the coupling to AC and DC respectively, and check whether the waveform has an offset change

I connect the signal to channel 2 and press AUTO, then I was set the coupling to AC and DC respectively. The waveform has an offset change, like on CH1 but is unstable and changing form on boutch setings.

Set up the oscilloscope as shown in the picture, press the "A" key several times to enter the debugging mode, CH1 will output a voltage of 8mV, and the line will shift to the upper position at the same time. Will the oscilloscope look like this?
