Knob defect in DSO2C10

My brand new Oscilloscope Hantek DSO2C10, has problems with 2 knobs.

1st.- When I rotate the "Vo multifunctional knob" , it is not responding, nothing happens. When I push it, this function works well, but there is a faulty when I rotate it to both sides.

2nd.- "Trigger knob", has the same issue when I rotate it, I can not adjust trigger level because when I rotate it, nothing happens, knob is not responding.

The rest of knobs (volt/div, us/div, horizontal and vertical possition) works perfect.

Is it possible to solve this? what can be the reason of issues with Vo and Trigger knobs?

Please press "Utility->F6->F2" to perform Front Panel Selftest, this can check if there is a problem with these two knobs.
