My DSO2D15 purchased in October 2021, the memory depth works perfectly well in all situations 4K 40K 400K 4M 8M this with all software, came from factory with dso3kb_20210814.upk software, currently is with dso3kb_20220210.upk and the firmware remains the same 3202, I believe your DSO may have ardware problem.

Vagrex Post!
Τhe problem does not always occur. Have you tried to play with the volts/div knob while you are at 8M? It may take several minutes for the problem to occur but when it does it appears it is visible at 400k 4M and 8M. If you turn off and start the dso it disappears and it will take time for it to reappear. If you do not use any buttons and just have a waveform on the screen, it never does the problem. I don't think the volts/div knob is the problem. Whenever you make any change when you are in 4M or 8M(change input let's say) the problem may be visible.

My answer to Vagrex!
Hi Vagrex!
After reading your post, I went to do the test as you reported, the test was exhausting, it took an hour, making changes to the memory depth, in VOLTS/DIV, SEC/DIV and TRIGGER LEVEL, it always worked correctly, without any problem. The serial number of my DSO2D15 is: CN2136029013321
