DSO2D10: no reaction on knobs, unable to enter/change anything

Dears,

my DSO2D10 boots up "normal". After hardware detection it recovers the latest settings & switches on the AWG.

When trying to switch any button you can hear a beep but nothing is happening.
Also no measurement visible on display though grap area and info are visible.

I cannot perform any update due to missing menus showing up. After checking several forums, I did not find a suitable option how to fix it.

Only thing which seems to work is to boot up in FEL mode, where the device is detected. Under "normal" mode, it is not recognized as USB device.
