Good day! I got a problem after updating Hantek DSO5202B S/N: T1G / 012 015922 oscilloscope, the update was downloaded from the official website. The oscilloscope has been updated and after reboot does not turn on, hangs on the splash screen at startup. It does not respond to pressing the buttons, the recovery mode does not start, it hangs on the splash screen. The version of the file to update was dso5kb_func_dso5202b20190830.up. I started looking for information about repairing my device. A log was read that the device gives to the UART port when turned on, the file is attached. I have an old-style device where the memory also consists of 4 Bootloader, Logo, Kernel and Rootfs partitions, when trying to upload a backup to a memory card, the first 3 were considered good, but the last one with errors, first error that the partition was not found, then the low usb speed, and each time the file is recorded with a different volume (not correct). Obviously, the problem is in the Rootfs partition. I am looking for a firmware for my device. How can I repair my oscilloscope? Help me plese with the restoration of the device.

Thanks a lot!!! You saved my oscilloscope. I did everything as you wrote, everything worked out. Firmware version 3.30.0. As I understand it, the latest firmware 3.40.0  that is posted on the site is not suitable for old modifications, why does the company not inform about this? Thanks again for your help, have a nice day !!!

Hello.
I have updated the firmware on my DSO5202B oscilloscope, using the file dso5kb_func_dso5202b20190830.
Unfortunately, the ociloscope still shows only the boot screen after turning it on.
I have tried to get into system restore using the power button, but always unsuccessfully. What is the possible course of action in solving this problem? Thank you very much for the quick reply.

You can send the serial number to my mailbox, wangshuang@hantek.com.
Better to provide a log of the UART port when the device turned on.
