The oscillograph stopped starting - "Self check" does not pass. That is, after switching on - a short buzzer - 5 seconds of waiting - a click of the relay - switching off. It does not reach the start of the display.

The voltages at the indicated points and the frequency are the same as those indicated in the figure (photo) 2-1.png. But - are present only after pressing the power button of the oscilloscope. They disappear after 3-5 seconds.
Figure (photo) 2-2.png is different from what I have.. the tantalum capacitor is missing. Tell me on what conclusions to take measurements. I put the voltmeter probe on the test point, the track from which leads to pin 2 of the U26 chip. There 0V.
