Tnx for great product, with the latest firmware update whenever I power off the device all but last waveform saved in memory are gone. And also could you please make an option for downloading these saved waveform data into PC

Do you remember the system version before the upgrade?
It may be that your original version is older, and the new firmware has relatively changed a lot, which may affect the saved data.
In addition, the waveform data saved inside the instrument cannot be transferred to the computer.
