Hello!the trigger does not work on the DSO5102P. I do the following: I connect the probe to the oscilloscope generator and press the AUTOSET button — the relay clicks inside the device a few times but the picture does not stabilize on the screen.
During the self-calibration (Self Self-Calibration), an error 0x20003 appears.
I am a good technician: is it possible to solve the problem by myself? Below data of my DSO5102P

With Best Regards
Andrea Ciacci

May I ask whether the machine should be warmed up for at least 30 minutes in advance during calibration, and there should be no input signal during calibration, and do not connect any wires to the machine. Please calibrate again to see if it is normal. If the problem still exists, please take a video of your problem and send it to support@hantek.com.

Thanks for the reply. I have complied with the rules you indicated, but the problem persists. I'll do as you said. Thanks again

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll be running the test next week as soon as I get back from the Christmas holidays. Many thanks for the help
