MSO5102D not working

After turn on scope, we can see some ligth on LCD display but no image, buttons CH1, MATH, CH2, AUTO, RUN and V0 stay lighted up.
Internal battery was dead and was replaced, but no effect.

help, pls.

no, I have not.
How I do that?
After some tries, it finally booted up, file is attached.
Later, it stops again.

Please refer to the video to enter recover interface and select F2 to recovery.



If the problem cannot be solved, please provide the serial number and time of purchase.

I already tried that but scope dos not enter in recovery mode, even when it turns on normally.
There is a way to do recovery via serial terminal?

Bought some time ago, back to 2012/2013.
