problem with HANTEK 6074BE

Have a problem with HANTEK 6074BE (641014960). Stopped working, LED light blinking and the device cannot connect to software.

All drivers are installed, because it was working before, but now it stopped working. Please help me to solve this problem.

After you connect to the computer, is there this device in the computer's device manager? Has your computer system changed? If your computer is currently win10, please download the driver again from the following URL to update it.

I bought a hantek 6074be a couple of months ago. I installed software on my own workshop sheet. It worked well ... But I'm in trouble now. The software will no longer start until the hantek is connected to usb. If I disconnect the hantek from the usb, the software will start. If I connect the usb after starting the software, it will not connect. Think this is a firmware problem ?!
It appears to have violated the eeprom connected to the microcontroller (24LC64). It no longer recognizes USB. can anyone help me
