I'm using Hantek 2D72 with Hantek-2000 PC application. The problem is that the refresh rate is very slow. For example it is around 1 Hz. Also, when the time scale is adjusted to 1 second the update is something like couple of seconds. This makes the application impossible to use.
I have used a different Hantek oscilloscope (also a different application) and the update the is much faster, like real time.
Won't it be possible to switch operation mode in such a way that the oscilloscope acts as pass through? Generally, when I work with the software I do not the information on the display so there is no need of synchronization between the device and software.
This is normal. This product is different from USB oscilloscope in that the instrument and software will update the data at the same time. In order to maintain synchronization, the waveform update speed is slowed down.
