I have watched your video. Have you tried to install software on other computers to connect, but have you still been unable to communicate? When you only connect USB, please provide the information on IO.

No, I din’t try other computers, but this is the same computer where I connect to a Hantek DSO4102C (using USB) and a Siglent SDS1032X (using Network) with no problems. I have also tried to connect the multimeter using USB, and the problem is exactly the same. I saw a video on YouTube where they connected the multimeter using serial RS-232. THIS I didn’t try, as I don’t even gave the cable to test, but I NEED that it works with network connection.

Hi, I've tried with a Windows 10 Virtual Machine. I still can't get connected, but ... something has changed:

a) I saw that the software doesn't run until I install Keysight Connection Expert and connect the HDM3065 using "Manual Configuration".
b) When I execute the software, I notice that it waits for some seconds before showing the screen (without connection).c) This time I have used the Keysight IO Monitor to see what was happening. I have capture the messages in a XML file, and a print of the screen. I had sent them as attachments.
d) These are the messagens showned when I first run the software. As far as I can see, it connects, but there's some erros, like VI_ERROR_RSRC_NFOUND.
e) I have changed, at multimeter menu Utility->I/O Config->SCPI to "Agilent SCPI Mode".
f) I still got the SAME errors.

I have make some searches, and they say that this error demands your intervention: "This issue occurs when the VXI-11 server for the 3rd party instrument is stopped. To start the VXI-11 server on the device, you will need to use the manufactures software to configure or restart it."

And I have also tried at USB connection, and the error and messages are exactly the SAME.
